Andrew Koj, MasterChef finalist
This month we’re featuring a tasty and quick recipe from Andrew Koj. Some of you will remember him as one of the last three finalists in this year's MasterChef. Andrew is half Scottish and half Japanese, so it's fitting that his recipe for us this month blends Asian and Mediterranean ingredients.
